  Missed 4 appointment times (9/12/11, 9/30/11, 10/10/11, and 10/19/11). When they showed up at the 5th appointment, the service person was clueless and told me to "use a hair dryer" to get the ice off of the doors in the refrigerator. Came out 3 different times afterwards (missed 2 appointments "forgot" and "car broken") after I complained to them. "It's normal" to have frost/ice formation outside of the refrigerator each time. Did nothing else. Cost $225 for the above service "work".

  Don't ever us this company! Gary came out to look at my washer. He said he would be back the next week with the part for my washeband he never showed up. Never called doesn't answer any phone calls. Oh and to add he broke more on my washer! Don't waste your time with this company!
